The 1970’s was a springboard decade for the company's launch into a growing hotel franchised affiliates. A strategic relationship was struck with Intercontinental Hotel Group. Four popular Holiday Inn’s were launched in 3 corners of the country, each seeding future growth in the Northeast, Southwest and Southeast regions of the country.
The Holiday Inn Highland Beach was added on the sandy beaches of Florida.
