The Millennium decade featured significant growth at Ocean Properties Hotels Resorts & Affiliates and was demonstrated by an impressive list of developments, acquisitions, and conversions. Two major projects began and ended the decade by completing hotel developments in major metropolitan cities.
Some hotels were sold by affiliates to outside interests but other affiliates retained management of those hotels.
